In Rubikon, we consider Project and Program Management as a crucial element of every project. Project management is the concept and the way in which each crisis project is grasped, a clear image of the solver of such a project. For us, it is an opportunity to bring a concrete system (Project governance) to often complex and unclear situations and to solve the problem conceptually/systemically. We have our own best practices and lessons learned from individual crisis projects and situations we have had the opportunity to deal with.
These procedures are then methodically part of the whole project management, either Waterfall methodology (clearly defined milestones and criteria for these milestones - the product is known for the most part at the beginning of the project) or Agile methodology (more for IT projects, where the functionality of the product or service is created and changed until the end of the project), or always individually built Hybrid project management (usually a combination of a strong emphasis on the functionality of the product and the need to set more robust criteria for individual phases of the project) according to the wishes or new concept of the customer / corporation.
